Macaron Shells

  • Almond flour
  • Powdered sugar
  • Granulated sugar
  • Egg whites
  • Food coloring (optional)

Fillings (Depending on the Flavor)

1. Chocolate Ganache

  • Chocolate (milk, dark, or white)
  • Heavy whipping cream
  • Butter (optional, depending on recipe)
  • Vanilla extract (optional)

2. Fruit Jam or Fruit Filling

  • Fruit jam or fruit preserve (strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, mango, etc.)
  • May contain: fruit pulp, sugar, pectin, citric acid

3. Other Possible Fillings

  • Nutella®
  • Biscoff® spread
  • Caramel or dulce de leche
  • Cream cheese–based filling (optional)

Allergens

This product contains or may contain:

  • Tree nuts (almonds) — main ingredient of macaron shells
  • Eggs (egg whites)
  • Dairy (cream, butter, chocolate)
  • Soy (present in some chocolates and spreads)
  • Wheat — possible traces due to cross-contamination
  • Hazelnuts — in Nutella flavors

Note:
Cross-contamination is possible. Products are prepared in a kitchen that handles dairy, nuts, wheat, soy, and eggs.

Storage & Shelf Life

  • Keep refrigerated.
  • Best consumed within 48 hours for optimal texture and freshness.
  • For best results, allow the macarons to come to room temperature for 10–15 minutes before eating.
